The Town of Borden-Carleton operates two Utilities:

Borden-Carleton Sewer Utility

Borden-Carleton Water Utility
Water & Sewer bills are issued Quarterly: Jan 1st ; April 1st; July 1st and Oct 1st
Residential bills are billed in advance
Outstanding accounts are subject to interest at the rate of 2% monthly
